To this end, the company constantly evolves its tools to ensure they remain in line with this theme.<\/p><p>Society, in constant evolution, regularly questions organizations about their management processes to ensure, in particular, the well-being at work of their various contributors. The dance world, as an actor in this society, is obviously concerned.<br><br>With the valuable commitment of several entities in the dance field, such as the City of Geneva and Les Rencontres Professionnelles de Danses de Gen\u00e8ve, Beaver Dam Company has engaged in this evolving management process by equipping itself with the following tools:<\/p><ul><li>Internal regulations<\/li><li>A Company Confidential Advisor (PCE)<\/li><li>A Company Communication Protocol (PCC)<\/li><li>Documentation for well-being at work<\/li><li>Job descriptions<\/li><li>A company organizational chart<\/li><\/ul><p>Beaver Dam Company, as an actor in its management process, has also implemented the following elements to maintain an improvement approach:<\/p><ul><li>Management training for its Direction<\/li><li>Active collaboration with management consultants and advisors<\/li><li>Meeting moments with delegates from artistic and technical teams<\/li><li>Sharing times in Questions  Answers (Q)<\/li><li>Individual interviews<\/li><li>Team-building moments<\/li><\/ul><p>The management and Board of Beaver Dam Company are doing everything possible to create a benevolent work environment that allows everyone to express themselves freely in respect of the common good, despite the freelance operation of the association and the precariousness of the field, making the steering of all
