Deep in the sea or floating in the clouds, the heroine sets out in search of her shadow lost in a dream. During this fantastic journey, the characters cross supernatural lands, experience fabulous adventures and have encounters as strange as they are incredible.

For his first piece for young audiences, choreographer Edouard Hue drew inspiration from Japanese tales and the animated films of the famous director Hayao Miyazaki.

The costumes, decor and scenography evolve throughout the play and operate like optical illusions. Drawing on the traditional art of Kabuki, traditional Japanese theatre, the choreographer manages to create a world of dreams and magic.
